This is the best news I’ve heard in just about forever. No one should ever leave their homes because of the crooked banking system. If every one decides to stay what are they going to do about it? Way to go Danielle and family. Let’s hope you’ve started the revolution.

@80spill Could not agree with you more. I’ll go one step further. I know who owns everything. The Pope and his cronies at the top of the pyramid owns America. Look it up. I am praying this snowballs to every walk of life from Pharmaceuticals controlling the health care sytem, to the dumbed down education system. It’s wonderful to see two lawyers who actually care about the law.

This could sorta be a good thing. Think of all the millions of people that now dont have to pay rent or mortgage.

The law Congress in considering passing to deal with faulty foreclosures is called an “Ex Post Facto Law”, basically it’s a retroactive law, which means that it makes something that was once illegal, now legal, but legal in a way so that the law was ALWAYS legal and erases the period of illegality, therefore these banks can not be prosecuted for violating the previous laws.

Article 1 Section 9 of the US Constitution: “No Bill of Attainer or ex post facto law shall be passed.”

    Pass this on.

i cant see kicking out an innocent person even though he or she is up to date on their payments. what they are doing is a serious infraction of federal law, and i hope justice is served to the indeviduals involved. they are stealing money by threatening to forclose on a person’s home weather or not they are paying the payments on time. they are just in it for the money and that’s all their in it for. the money. we need to fight back now before it gets so bad that the entire nation is homeless…

Property owners need to receive big time damages or the right to sue for millions of dollars.

The team at RightToCancel wants you to defend your homes America.

The banks passed around the promissory notes to multiple parties, collecting

money and fees, using them as collateral, over and over and over. They lost track of the trail and now are making up all the “evidence” to foreclose on your homes. For free education and information visit us: RightToCancel

This whole thing started with lenders willingly pursuing clients that they knew couldn’t afford the payments inthe long run. Why you ask? Because they’d make a commission on the loan. They convinced clients that they could afford the loans they sold them. They absolutely LIED to unsuspecting homeowners to get $ by selling them loans that had all sorts of hidden BS fee’s within them. The banks knew that 5-7 years down the line, the borrowers were F’d. GREED did this

Bottom line is that the plundering bastards demanding dollar payments and that are locking people out of their houses are unable to produce the deed or title to the property.

People need to fight the banks every inch of the way, don’t comply, don’t leave your home. If everyone does this the criminal banks and their government puppets will lose.
