Unfortunately that doesn’t work with me and my wife, because I’m a building surveyor and when we were looking at houses, if I didn’t like a place and my wife did I’d just say it needed over £100k of structural repairs and all she had to say was OK. lol.
Are you one of those weekend estate agents who are just paid to open the doors and respond to every question by saying that you’ll come back to the interested party but never do? Or aren’t you ISVA qualified yet. lolly lol lol.
