Buying our first Home, going to have to use an FHA Loan, found a house, but…?
House was bought for 93K, not sure when, put on market aug 31st at 200K, price now is 187K. The entire house has been redone. New Kitchen appliances, granite countertops, new doors, new windows, new roof, new HVAC, HW floors, new paint, new carpet.
Ive read there are some rules in place for FHA loans and house flipping and proving off worth of house. Can the seller outright not deal with me, or does he at least have to listen to offers?
what do I do first for applying for an FHA loan do I have to get a Realtor first or a mortgage lender first.?
I really need help I want to buy my first home really bad, I am tired of renting a house. Plus would it be better to go for a state mortgage lender or a big time mortgage lender like “Lending-Tree”.
First time home buyer has FHA loan question.?
I am planning on purchasing my first home. I would like to know how I should go about choosing a mortgage lender (broker?) who specializes in FHA loans. Where do I begin my search and what should I look for in a lender? Are there any particular websites I should search or keywords to look for?

FHA loan- first year of home insurance in escrow?
I am getting a FHA loan. The agent said that I need to pay a year in advance for the home insurance. Does that mean for the first year I do not need to make payments into escrow for home insurance?
