What does it mean to be approved with conditions for a fha loan?

If we meet all the conditions, will the underwriter clear it?

    It means you have to provide some documentation before the loan is approved, and if the documentation is acceptable, you should be approved. So if you said you worked for ABC and earned $75000 and the employment verification says yes, that’s true, then that documentation is acceptable. Same for appraisal, etc.

    Yes, if all conditions are met, you will get a clear to close on your loan.
