What happens to real estate agent’s license if a misdeamenor is not mentioned on the application?
I know a real estate agent who committed a misdemeanor in 2001 by getting a fake id to lie about her age to obtain liquor. What is going to happen to her real estated license if she did not mention that on her apllication and investigation proves that she did commit the misdeamenor and that she did not mention that on her application?

Not sure what will happen…..but she will def get caught.
